Rowan County deputies arrested a man who has been on the "Most Wanted" list since February 2011.Friday, January 4, deputies arrested Gene Raydell Jackson. He is charged with stealing scrap metal in October 2007.Jackson was placed in jail under a $2,500 secured bond.
