SALISBURY, NC (WBTV)- Police in Salisbury say a woman robbed the Wood Forest Bank inside Walmart where she has an account, and it was all caught on video. Tara Jean Vaughn, 41, was arrested at about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday. She is charged with armed robbery and is being held on a $50,000 bond. According to the police report, Vaughn went to the bank around 8:30 a.m. Monday, but it wasn't open yet...
