SALISBURY - Police say Richard Miller, 42, only waited a few hours before he started going to pawn shops between Salisbury and Kannapolis to try and pawn thousands of dollars worth of jewelry he stole from K-Mart.Miller, of 233 Claymont Drive, Salisbury, was charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny, and obtaining property by false pretense.
