LANDIS - On Monday morning, a Town of Landis Public Power employee, Brian Brown, discovered the electric meter at the home of Ronald Daniel, located at 200 W. Ryder Ave, had been illegally modified.Brown told police that while he was examining the meter, a large dog emerged from the home and chased him out of fenced backyard.
