SALISBURY - A Salisbury man died in a motorcycle accident on Long Ferry Road Friday morning just after 5:00 am, according to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.Dennis Ray Cochell, 51, crossed the center line and ran into a ditch. The trooper who investigated the accident told WBTV that Cochell was not wearing a helmet.Alcohol was not a factor in the accident, according to investigators.
