SALISBURY, NC (WBTV)- One man is dead, his grandson and a teenager in another car were injured this morning in a horrible traffic accident in Rowan County. It happened on Highway 70, west of Salisbury, at Parks Road. Witnesses included a construction crew working near the accident site.
